Amgen is seeking a Rare Disease Key Account Manager to reduce time to diagnosis and improve access to therapy by collaborating with key stakeholders in targeted health systems and clinics. The role focuses on unlocking access barriers, strengthening clinic readiness, and optimizing buy-and-bill operations across sites of care.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or advanced degree with 2+ years sales/account management experience (or equivalent).
• Masters with 4+ years, Bachelor's with 6 years, or Associate's with 10 years of sales experience.
• High School diploma with 12 years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans aligned to customer priorities.
• Build stakeholder maps and engage clinical leaders, administrators, pharmacy, finance, revenue cycle, procurement, infusion operations, and care coordinators.
• Lead contracting opportunities and support buy-and-bill optimization.
• Provide field insights and maintain accurate account documentation.
