• Experience in rare disease, contracting, reimbursement, and site-of-care dynamics.
• Strong communication, problem solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify access barriers and develop targeted strategies to improve therapy uptake.
• Lead account plans, align with portfolio objectives and site-of-care priorities.
• Engage clinical leaders, administrators, pharmacy, finance, and care teams to optimize buy-and-bill operations.
• Translate insights into opportunities and track performance.
