Amgen Inc. is seeking a Rare Disease Key Account Manager for Neurology in the Delta South region to drive faster diagnosis and access to therapy.

You will partner with health systems, clinics, and infusion centers to unlock access and optimize buy-and-bill operations while ensuring compliant, patient-centered care. The role requires strong executive communication and collaboration across clinical and administrative stakeholders.

Formación

• Doctorate or equivalent with 2+ years sales or account management experience.
• Master’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in sales or account management.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience; higher education preferred.
• Associate’s degree with 10+ years of sales/account management experience.
• High School diploma with 12+ years in sales/account management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop account plans and strategies to improve patient access and treatment initiation.
• Partner with clinical leaders, administrators, pharmacy, finance, and care teams to align priorities.
• Lead contracting opportunities and negotiate with IDNs, GPOs, and specialty providers.
• Provide field insights on reimbursement trends, operational barriers, and patient access.
• Coordinate cross-functional field execution to meet objectives while complying with policies.
