Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is hiring a Territory Business Manager for a newly formed Rare Disease GI/Hepatology team in Harrisonburg, VA. This role drives territory strategy, builds relationships with GI/Hepatology specialists, and delivers clinically focused presentations to communicate therapeutic value.

You will work with cross-functional teams to maximize sales in a collaborative, compliant environment. The TBM is expected to travel as needed, meet sales targets, and participate in ongoing training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field required
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience/rare disease preferred
• Consistent track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals within assigned geography.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with physicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Use data tools/next best action to determine strategies and tactics.
