Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices or hospital sales.
• Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices or hospital sales.
• High school diploma/GED and 8 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices or hospital sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve sales objectives.
• Promote Tavneos within approved labeling in a compliant manner.
• Serve as a trusted partner and disease expert to healthcare professionals.
• Build and manage relationships with physicians, nurses, staff, case managers, infusion centers, and caregivers.
• Navigate diverse healthcare settings including private practices, academia, IDNs, and hospitals.
• Address patient access and reimbursement challenges by working with field access and patient services teams.
• Collaborate with matrix teams to deliver integrated solutions that drive engagement and product utilization.
• Support development of referral networks and site-of-care pathways for patient initiation and continuity.
