RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper in Tampa, FL to maintain the community grounds, amenities, and curb appeal. You will perform tasks and minor repairs under the direction of the Service Manager while engaging with residents and ensuring a clean, safe environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, with preference for experience in property management and customer service. Typical schedule is 40 hours weekly with weekend availability and outdoor exposure to

• Experience in property management and customer service helpful.
• Basic computer skills to access company software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds, amenities, and curb appeal.
• Complete minor repairs under supervision.
• Handle trash removal from vacant units and maintain dumpster areas.
• Distribute notices and communications to residents as needed.
• Report hazards to supervisor and assist with safety meetings.
