Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior features, grounds, and curb appeal of our apartment communities. You will perform minor repairs and support the Service Manager to ensure high standards are met across properties.

Responsibilities include daily site inspections, trash removal, and assisting with make-ready units. A valid driver's license is required; weekend availability may be needed; this role offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED. Experience preferred in property management and customer service for day-to-day grounds operation of an apartment community.
• Rudimentary computer skills and ability to access company software and perform standard tasks.
• Licenses: Current valid Driver's License. Certifications: None.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to remove litter, debris, and pet waste.
• Ensure common areas, offices, and amenities are neat and free of litter.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and prepare units for move-in.
• Process service requests as assigned.
• Distribute notices to residents as needed.
• Report hazards to supervisor and maintain safety standards.
