Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior of a multi-family community. You will be responsible for keeping grounds, amenities, and curb appeal in top condition, performing minor repairs as directed by the Service Manager.

The role requires the ability to work outdoors in varying weather, lift up to 50 pounds solo (150 pounds with assistance), and communicate effectively with residents and team members. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in property management and customer service.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb alone; 150 lb with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community and grounds to ensure curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Remove litter, debris, and pet waste from common areas and grounds.
• Complete service requests and communicate with residents; assist with move-ins/outs and make-ready tasks.
• Report hazards or safety concerns to supervisor and participate in safety trainings.
• Provide friendly, responsive customer service to residents and visitors.
