RangeWater Residential, LLC in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior features and overall curb appeal of our apartment communities. You will perform tasks to keep common areas tidy, assist with make-ready, and interact with residents with courteous service.

This role requires physical effort, weekend availability, and adherence to safety policies and procedures. You will contribute to a positive living environment and company standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience preferred: property management and customer service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day grounds operation.
• Basic computer skills to access company software and perform standard tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter, debris and pet droppings.
• Keeps common areas, office space and amenities neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash and prepares vacants for make-ready.
• Transfers trash to dumpster/storage areas and maintains dumpster areas.
• Notices and communicates hazards to supervisor and residents as needed.
