Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is looking for a Groundskeeper to maintain the curb appeal of the community. You will engage with residents, perform maintenance tasks, and ensure all common areas are clean and presentable.

You will be required to work 40 hours a week, including weekends, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds. A valid driver’s license is a must, and previous property management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Available to work on weekends when scheduled.
• Ability to manage the day-to-day grounds operation of an apartment community.
• Rudimentary knowledge of company software.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Complete service requests as assigned.
• Demonstrate customer service skills by engaging with residents face-to-face.
