Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC in Frisco, TX is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, amenities, and curb appeal of our multifamily communities and to assist with minor repairs under the Service Manager.

You will inspect the property daily, remove litter and debris, handle trash from vacant apartments during make-ready, complete service requests, and communicate with residents with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in property management or customer service preferred.
• Ability to access company software and perform routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspects community and maintains neat common areas and amenities.
• Removes litter and debris, including pet droppings, throughout the day.
• Handles trash from vacant apartments during make-ready, cleans dumpster areas.
• Completes service requests and communicates with residents professionally.
• Adheres to safety policies and participates in safety meetings.
