Job summary

RangeWater is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior of the community and ensure curb appeal. You will perform routine maintenance, assist with small repairs, and support on-site operations to keep common areas clean and inviting.

This role requires weekend availability and helps uphold safety policies while delivering friendly service to residents. The position is full-time with standard site hours.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience preferred in property management and customer service.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities, and curb appeal of the community.
• Perform minor repairs under supervision of the Service Manager.
• Inspect and clean common areas, offices, and facilities daily.
• Assist with make-ready tasks for vacants and manage litter/removal.
