Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Groundskeeper in Lakeland, FL to maintain exterior features, curb appeal, and common areas, assisting with minor repairs under supervision. The role supports a well-kept community for residents.

Expected schedule is 40 hours per week with weekend availability and outdoor work in varying weather. You will contribute to safety and quality of life in a multi-family setting and collaborate with the Service Manager and team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Property Management and Customer Service background helpful.
• Groundskeeping experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and maintains exterior common areas for cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Performs routine groundskeeping tasks and assists with minor repairs as directed by the Service Manager.
• Drives and supplies safe and clean work areas; reports hazards to supervisor.
• Communicates with residents and team members regarding maintenance activities.
• Completes tasks in a timely, safety-conscious manner.
