Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior areas of our community. You will perform upkeep to enhance curb appeal, assist with minor repairs, and support the service team to ensure resident satisfaction.

The role requires a readiness to work outdoors in various weather, lifting up to 50 pounds, and delivering friendly, responsive service to residents and guests throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience preferred in property management and grounds operation.
• Valid driver's license and ability to perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain exterior areas, common spaces, and amenities for cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Complete minor repairs under supervision of the Service Manager.
• Remove litter, debris, and pet waste; manage trash from vacant units.
• Communicate hazards to supervisors and assist residents with maintenance requests.
• Attend safety meetings and comply with OSHA and safety policies.
