Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior of our apartment communities, keeping areas neat and safe for residents and guests. You will perform routine maintenance, assist with make-ready tasks for vacant units, and uphold our standards of curb appeal.

The role requires physical ability, availability on weekends, and a focus on customer service and safety. We offer a strong benefits package and a supportive team culture in a drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management and customer service preferred.
• Ability to access company software and perform routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds, amenities, and curb appeal of the community.
• Complete minor repairs as directed by the Service Manager.
• Inspect the community daily and remove litter and debris.
• Handle make-ready process for vacant units and manage dumpster areas.
• Assist with safety meetings and comply with OSHA and safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
