Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior features, grounds, and amenities of our multifamily communities. You will perform routine maintenance, assist with make-ready tasks, and protect curb appeal while delivering friendly resident service.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to work weekends, a valid driver's license, and a safety‑minded approach. Training on OSHA and RangeWater policies is provided, with opportunities for growth in property

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in property management or maintenance preferred.
• Ability to operate basic tools and equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and maintains community grounds and curb appeal throughout the day.
• Cleans common areas and amenities, and handles routine upkeep tasks.
• Performs make-ready prep and assists with minor repairs as directed by the Service Manager.
• Reports hazards and adheres to safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Provides courteous, responsive service to residents and communicates effectively.
