Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to lead growth in the East region of Minnesota. You will prospect, close new business, and ensure customer success across onboarding and deployment of Halter’s solutions.

You will travel frequently, engage with cattle industry groups, and collaborate with Product, Support and Sales teams to optimize outcomes for ranchers and graziers across the US.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B tech or agtech sales preferred.
• Strong hunter mentality with ability to build pipeline.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Responsabilités

• Drive new business growth and meet ambitious sales targets in the East region of Minnesota.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships from prospecting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Customer Onboarding teams to ensure customer success.
• Represent Halter at industry events and convert opportunities into revenue.
• Own the territorial strategy and contribute to US sales planning.
