Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager for the Southern region covering Arkansas, with frequent travel across the US. You will drive new business, manage accounts, and partner with Product, Support, and Onboarding to ensure customer success and adoption of Halter’s virtual fencing technology on ranches.

You’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, build lasting relationships with local cattle associations, and represent Halter at industry events. A passion for ranching helps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
• Proven sales/territory management experience in B2B environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth and hit ambitious growth targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure ongoing success.
• Own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Field teams to optimize outcomes.
