Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business growth and ensure customer success within the South Central Montana region. You’ll build relationships with ranchers, attend cattle events, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor Halter’s virtual fencing solutions to farmers’ needs.

You’ll manage a full sales cycle, meet growth targets, and own the customer experience from onboarding through deployment, while traveling frequently to meet customers and attend industry

Qualifications

• Territory-focused sales experience in agricultural technology or B2B SaaS is highly valued.
• Proven ability to manage pipelines, close deals, and drive revenue growth.
• Strong relationship-building with farms, associations, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business and build a pipeline across the US South Central Montana region.
• In-field sales with hands-on ranch/wildlife engagement and on-site customer visits.
• Expand existing opportunities and upsell Halter solutions to new and current customers.
• Hit ambitious growth targets and manage end-to-end customer onboarding and deployment.
• Represent Halter in industry events and collaborate with Product, Support, and Customer Onboarding teams.
