Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business growth and customer success across the US. You will act as Halter’s on-the-ground representative, building relationships with ranchers, associations, and key stakeholders while collaborating with Product, Support, and Customer Onboarding teams.

You’ll travel frequently, engage in in-field sales, manage opportunities, and own the growth of your designated territory from prospecting to onboarding and deployment of Halter’s technology.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales within agriculture or technology sectors.
• Willingness to travel frequently within territory.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business and build a pipeline through outbound efforts.
• In-field sales, meeting potential customers on ranches and at events.
• Expand existing opportunities and manage customer relationships post-sale.
• Hit sales targets and manage deals with a long-term view.
• Own the territory and collaborate with Product, Support and Onboarding teams.
• Drive customer onboarding and ensure a smooth deployment of Halter’s solutions.
• Gather field learnings and act on feedback to shape US sales strategy.
• Collaborate with support teams to resolve issues and support customers.
• Attend industry events to generate leads and deepen relationships.
• Contribute to US sales strategy as the team scales.
