LinxonAmericas in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Project Manager for Rail Electrification and energy infrastructure, responsible for full EPC project lifecycle, delivering projects on schedule and within budget. You will own P&L, drive safety and quality, lead multidisciplinary teams, and maintain strong client relationships across engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial functions.

Travel as required; PMP or equivalent certification preferred; bachelor’s degree in engineering or related

Qualifications

• Experience delivering EPC, electrical transmission or substation projects.
• Experience managing full project P&L, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow.
• Willing to travel and maintain on-site presence during construction.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead EPC projects from initiation through commissioning and handover.
• Own project P&L, budgeting, forecasting and financial results.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and maintain client relationships.
• Manage subcontractors, contracts and commercial obligations.
• Support bid and delivery planning with risk assessments and execution strategies.
