Job summary

Linxon is seeking a Manager of Proposals in Raleigh, NC to lead development of high-quality proposals for complex EPC substation and energy projects. You will work with BD, engineering, procurement and project teams from opportunity identification to submission.

Requires 5+ years in proposal management within EPC/energy sectors and strong writing, editing, and presentation skills. Hybrid work in Raleigh area with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing proposals, bids, or business development in EPC/energy/infrastructure.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex proposal processes.
• Strong written, verbal, editing, and presentation skills.
• Experience supporting utility, power transmission, substation, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development from qualification through submission.
• Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and review milestones for timely completion.
• Collaborate with BD, engineering, procurement, and project teams to develop winning proposals.
• Review solicitation documents to establish strategies and compliance plans.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, progress reviews, and lessons learned sessions.
• Gather and edit technical, commercial, and project information for responses.
