Job summary

Linxon is hiring a Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of energy and infrastructure EPC projects from award to handover. You will own P&L, drive cost control, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams while maintaining focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will build strong client relationships, manage risks, and ensure on-schedule delivery within budget, leveraging Linxon’s global capabilities and industry leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex EPC, electrical transmission, substation, and infrastructure projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Ability to manage full project P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and cash flow.
• Strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams, safety culture, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe and profitable delivery of EPC projects from initiation through commissioning and handover.
• Maintain accountability for project P&L, budget performance, forecasting and financial results.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality requirements and company standards.
