Job summary

Linxon in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex EPC energy and infrastructure projects from initiation to handover. You will own the P&L, drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and manage diverse teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial functions.

You will engage customers and stakeholders, oversee schedules and budgets, and travel as needed to support project execution while maintaining a strong on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex EPC, electrical transmission, substation, and infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage full project P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Strong communication with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC project delivery from initiation through commissioning and handover.
• Own project P&L, budget performance, forecasting, and financial results.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across the project.
• Coach multidisciplinary teams to meet objectives and milestones.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and suppliers.
• Support bid and pursuit activities with execution strategies and risk assessments.
