Job summary

Linxon is seeking a Project Manager for Rail Electrification in Raleigh, NC. This hybrid role leads EPC project delivery from award through commissioning, owning P&L and coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams.

You will drive safety, quality, and schedule alignment while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering on milestones. The position requires a degree and PM certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven track record delivering EPC projects with P&L responsibility.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, profitable delivery of EPC projects from initiation through commissioning.
• Own project P&L, budget, forecasting, and financial results.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholder relationships.
• Prepare and present accurate project reports.
• Drive risk management and change control.
• Collaborate across engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial functions.
