Job summary

Linxon is seeking an accomplished Project Manager for Rail Electrification in Raleigh, NC. You will oversee the full lifecycle of EPC projects, drive P&L performance, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will lead diverse teams, manage customer relationships, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial functions to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

• Experienced Project Manager with track record delivering complex EPC, electrical transmission, substation, and infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage full project P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, cash flow, and commercial performance.
• Strong communication skills with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe, successful, and profitable delivery of EPC projects from initiation to handover.
• Own project P&L, budget performance, forecasting, and financial results.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality requirements and company standards.
• Coach and lead multidisciplinary project teams to meet objectives and milestones.
• Prepare and present project reports covering progress, financials, risks, and forecasts.
