Responsibilities

• Own engineering execution from proposal through energization, ensuring contractual, technical, and performance commitments.
• Manage the engineering budget and drive cost-efficient decisions.
• Enforce schedule discipline and deliver high-quality packages on time and within cost targets.
• Set the project’s technical vision and define design criteria with a risk-aware deliverables plan.
• Lead vendor evaluation and subcontract strategy with rigorous technical assessment.
