Linxon is seeking a Proposal Manager, EPC, in Raleigh, NC. This hybrid role leads the full proposal and tender process for complex power infrastructure projects, coordinating technical, commercial, and governance inputs to craft winning submissions.

You will collaborate with engineering, procurement, finance, and project management teams, drive win strategy, support pricing and risk reviews, and ensure proposals meet customer requirements and internal standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in tendering, bid management, or a similar role within power systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Strong coordination across technical, commercial, and governance inputs.
