Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking an X-Ray Technician to perform digital radiography under provider orders, ensuring patient safety and accurate documentation in the EMR. The role requires ARRT certification and may include travel to affiliated facilities.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of experience in radiation safety and patient care, with EPIC/EHR and PACS familiarity preferred. A strong emphasis on teamwork and infection control is noted throughout the responsibilities.

Competenze

• Certified radiologic technologist (ARRT) as required by the role.
• Associate degree from an ARRT-accredited program preferred.
• BLS certification preferred upon hire, must obtain before direct patient care.

• Safely performs provider-ordered radiographic examinations with proper patient positioning and radiation protection.
• Sets up and adjusts immobilization equipment; ensures patient safety and professionalism.
• Documents patient encounters in the EMR.
