Job summary
SimVentions is seeking a systems engineer to support Navy radar programs, focusing on requirements development, system integration, and verification across the lifecycle. This role requires an active Secret clearance and US citizenship, with occasional travel to Moorestown, NJ, Wallops Island, VA, and others.
You will develop and maintain system requirements, support architecture and testing, and use MATLAB for performance analyses.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in systems engineering and related activities.
- Experience developing and maintaining system requirements, interface documentation, and engineering baselines with traceability.
- Experience with radar systems, sensor technologies, or defense systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute systems engineering plans.
- Create and maintain system requirements, specifications, and interface documentation.
- Support architecture, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.
- Perform modeling, simulation, and system performance analysis.
- Participate in system integration, verification, and testing activities.
- Develop test plans and analyze system performance using MATLAB and lab tools.
