SimVentions is seeking a systems engineer to support radar performance, signal processing, and integration across the system lifecycle for Navy programs.

This technical role requires 4+ years of experience, an active Secret clearance, and willingness to travel to Moorestown, Wallops Island, and other sites. You will develop requirements, perform analyses, and participate in verification using MATLAB and lab tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering and related activities.
• Experience developing, analyzing, and maintaining system requirements and interfaces with traceability.
• Experience with radar systems, sensor tech, Navy combat systems, or similar complex defense systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute systems engineering plans.
• Create and maintain system requirements, specifications, and interface documentation.
• Support system architecture, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and system performance analysis.
• Participate in system integration, verification, and testing activities.
• Develop test plans and analyze system performance using MATLAB and laboratory tools.
