Job summary

SimVentions is seeking a systems engineer to support radar and Navy programs. You will lead requirements development, system integration, and verification while using MATLAB for analysis. This role requires an ACTIVE Secret Clearance and US citizenship, with occasional travel to Moorestown, Wallops, and VA/NJ sites up to 5 trips per year.

The position requires a BS/BA in a STEM field (ABET-accredited preferred) and 4+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering and related disciplines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering.
• Experience developing, organizing, and maintaining system requirements.
• Ability to trace requirements across the lifecycle with teams.
• Experience with radar/sensor or defense systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with modeling/simulations to support decisions.
• Experience planning/system testing and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute systems engineering plans.
• Create and maintain system requirements, specifications, and interfaces.
• Support architecture, requirements decomposition, and HW/SW allocation.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and system performance analysis.
• Participate in system integration, verification, and testing.
• Develop test plans and analyze performance using MATLAB and lab tools.
