Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in systems engineering and defense programs.
- Ability to develop, analyze, and maintain system requirements and baselines with traceability.
- Experience with radar systems, sensor tech, or Navy combat systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute systems engineering plans.
- Create and maintain system requirements, specifications, and interface documentation.
- Support system architecture, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.
- Perform modeling, simulation, and system performance analysis.
- Participate in system integration, verification, and testing activities.
- Develop test plans and analyze system performance using MATLAB and laboratory tools.
