SimVentions is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to support Navy radar programs, focusing on systems engineering, requirements, and verification throughout the lifecycle. The role requires an active Secret clearance and up to 5 travel days per year to Moorestown, Wallops Island, Navy Yard, and Quantico as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering or related field.
• Experience supporting radar systems, sensor technologies, Navy combat systems, or other complex defense systems preferred.
• Ability to develop, analyze, and maintain system requirements, interface documentation, and engineering baselines with traceability.
• Experience planning, coordinating, or executing system testing and analyzing performance data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute systems engineering plans.
• Create and maintain system requirements, specifications, and interface documentation.
• Support system architecture, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and system performance analysis.
• Participate in system integration, verification, and testing activities.
• Develop test plans and analyze system performance using MATLAB and laboratory tools.
