Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer to support Navy radar programs, including requirements development, systems integration, and verification throughout the lifecycle. Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required for access to classified information.

The role involves travel to Moorestown, Wallops Island, the Navy Yard, and Quantico, with up to five trips yearly. A BS/BA in a STEM field and ABET-accredited engineering curriculum are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering and related activities.
• Experience managing requirements, specifications, and baselines with traceability.
• Experience supporting radar systems or defense systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute systems engineering plans.
• Create and maintain system requirements, specifications, and interfaces.
• Support system architecture, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and system performance analysis.
• Participate in system integration, verification, and testing.
