Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in systems engineering or related defense program work.
- Experience developing and maintaining system requirements and engineering baselines.
- Familiarity with radar systems, sensors, or Navy combat systems is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute systems engineering plans.
- Create and maintain system requirements, specifications, and interface documentation.
- Support system architecture, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.
- Perform modeling, simulation, and system performance analysis.
- Participate in system integration, verification, and testing activities.
- Develop test plans and analyze system performance using MATLAB and lab tools.
