You will model and analyze system performance, coordinate with government engineers, and contribute to MBSE-driven design efforts, while leveraging MATLAB for testing and validation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering for defense or similar complex programs.
• Experience developing and maintaining system requirements with traceability across the lifecycle.
• Familiarity with radar/sensor systems or Navy combat systems preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with government engineers and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute systems engineering plans.
• Create and maintain system requirements, specifications, and interface documentation.
• Support system architecture, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and system performance analysis.
• Participate in system integration, verification, and testing activities.
• Develop test plans and analyze system performance using MATLAB and lab tools.
