SimVentions seeks a systems engineering professional to support SPY-6 radar capabilities for the U.S. Navy.

You will develop and execute systems engineering plans, create and manage system requirements, and coordinate architecture across hardware and software while ensuring traceability. The role requires 4+ years of experience in systems engineering, MBSE familiarity, MATLAB proficiency, and collaboration with government engineers to support testing and verification throughout the program

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering or related field.
• Experience developing, analyzing, and maintaining system requirements and baselines with traceability.
• Experience supporting radar systems, Navy combat systems, or similar defense programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute systems engineering plans.
• Create and maintain system requirements, specifications, and interface documentation.
• Support system architecture, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and system performance analysis.
• Participate in system integration, verification, and testing activities.
• Develop test plans and analyze system performance using MATLAB and lab tools.
