Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to support radar engineering capabilities for the U.S. Navy.

The role focuses on systems engineering, performance analysis, signal processing, and integration across the lifecycle. Active Secret Clearance is required; expect travel to Moorestown, Wallops Island, and Navy sites. Minimum 4+ years in systems engineering with MBSE familiarity; BS/BA in engineering or STEM field and ABET accreditation preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering or related fields.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and tracing system requirements and interfaces.
• Experience with design verification and integration of complex defense systems.
• Familiarity with radar/sensor technologies and Navy systems preferred.
• Experience using engineering models and simulations to support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute systems engineering plans and test plans.
• Create and maintain system requirements, specifications, and interface docs.
• Support system architecture, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and system performance analysis.
• Participate in system integration, verification, and testing activities.
• Collaborate with government engineers and multidisciplinary teams.
