We are seeking a results-driven Engineering Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams through stage-gate development, ensuring on-time delivery and effective risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 3+ years related engineering experience; at least 1 year of project management/leading teams preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Atlassian Jira/Confluence for backlog management, progress tracking and reporting preferred.
• Ability to provide work direction to teams; improve efficiency and collaboration.
• Travel ~10% domestically with potential for international travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to develop and design New Product Introduction products following a stage-gate process from Discover to Deploy.
• Drive, coordinate, and maintain project schedules.
• Lead and partner with engineers and designers on product design activities.
• Direct outside activities such as regulatory testing and third-party testing.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams as central point of Project Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply, ISC, Quality and Compliance.
• Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring on-track delivery and mitigating roadblocks.
