nVent in Minneapolis seeks an experienced engineering leader to guide the design of embedded control systems for cooling solutions used in data center markets.

You will lead a cross-functional team, manage budgets, schedules, and coordinate with external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and a competitive compensation package with opportunities to influence global product development.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience developing and deploying embedded control systems.
• Strong leadership and people management with team development.
• Experience coordinating with remote partners and external engineers.
• Experience in controller design, component selection, programming, display integration, testing, and commissioning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of electrical engineers designing control systems for cooling solutions.
• Supervise engineering staff and external partners through all design/build phases.
• Coordinate workloads and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop and motivate a high-performing team with performance goals.
• Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation protocols.
• Engage with customers via meetings and technical discussions.
