nVent seeks a seasoned engineer to lead cross-functional teams in developing New Product Introduction programs. You will drive project schedules, coordinate design activities, and oversee regulatory testing to ensure timely launches.

The role spans engineering, operations, supply, and quality, with focus on risk mitigation and process improvement. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3+ years of related experience, with strong proficiency in Jira/Confluence and MS

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Experience leading teams and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of backlog management, progress tracking, and reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead teams to develop and design New Product Introduction products through a stage-gate process.
• Drive, coordinate and maintain project schedules and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional teams with engineering, operations, and quality.
• Direct outside activities such as regulatory testing and third-party assessments.
• Identify and mitigate risks; track portfolio KPIs and improve processes.
