nVent seeks an experienced Project Management leader to head the Wisconsin & Georgia PM group, building a high-performing team and driving disciplined execution across a complex customer project portfolio.

You will partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality to align customer requirements, improve forecast accuracy, and deliver on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• Ideally 10+ years in project management, operations, engineering, or customer delivery in complex project environments.
• Ideally 5+ years of people leadership including talent development and scalability.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Project Management organization for engineered-to-order projects, setting strategy and cadence.
• Oversee schedule alignment, margins, change orders, risk management, and customer communication.
