Job summary

IES is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to develop and deliver training on low‑voltage systems, audit field work, and drive process improvement across projects. You will create curriculum, lead site quality plans, and provide on‑site technical support to teams while maintaining a safe, engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of training experience or related role.
• Prefer a minimum of five (5) years of leadership or quality experience in telecommunications, electrical or related field.
• BICSI certified trainer is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project).
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and reinforce trade-related instruction focused on installation, handling, and testing procedures.
• Lead the development of site-specific Quality Plans and Site Startup processes.
• Support First-of-Kind installations, inspections, and customer approvals.
• Manage and input quality checklists into project platforms and reports.
• Conduct daily field walks to identify quality issues and verify conformance.
