Job summary

IES is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to develop and deliver training programs for low‑voltage systems. You will create curriculum, lead field coaching, and drive continuous improvement by aligning with project specifications and customer expectations.

The role includes on-site technical support, quality audits, and collaboration with operations leadership to enhance craftsmanship and safety across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Three years of training experience or related role.
• Five+ years of leadership or quality experience preferred in telecom/electrical/construction.
• BICSI certification is preferred for trainer roles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
• Must meet driving standards and have high school education.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and reinforce trade-related instruction for installation, handling, and testing procedures.
• Lead site-specific Quality Plans and Startup processes for each project.
• Conduct inspections and obtain customer approval for final iterations.
• Manage quality checklists and input data into project platforms.
• Document daily field walks and report project health against standards.
• Lead project walkthroughs with customers and leadership.
• Maintain and implement training processes to improve performance.
