Job summary

IES seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist to develop, deliver, and maintain training programs for low-voltage systems. You will create curriculum and learning paths, conduct field inspections, and provide on-site technical support to ensure project specifications and customer expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of training experience or related role.
• Prefer a minimum of five (5) years of leadership or quality experience in telecommunications, electrical or construction field.
• Prefer a BICSI certified trainer.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project).
• Must meet Company minimum driving standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and reinforce trade-related instruction focused on proper installation and testing procedures.
• Lead the development of site-specific Quality Plans and Site Startup processes.
• Support the development of First-of-Kind (FOK) installations and obtain customer approval.
• Manage scheduling, tracking, inspections, and completion of quality checklists.
• Conduct daily field walks to identify quality issues and verify conformance.
