Job summary

IES Communications is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to develop comprehensive training curricula for low-voltage systems and to deliver hands-on field coaching. The role emphasizes creating site-specific Quality Plans, conducting inspections, and driving continuous improvement across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of training experience or related role.
• Prefer a minimum of five (5) years of leadership or quality experience in telecommunications, electrical or related field.
• BICSI certified trainer preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
• Must meet company driving standards and hold a High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and reinforce traderelated instruction focused on proper installation, material handling, and testing procedures.
• Lead the development of site-specific Quality Plans and Site Startup processes for each project.
• Manage scheduling, inspection, and completion of quality checklists input into project platforms.
• Conduct daily field walks to identify quality issues and verify conformance with FOK standards.
• Participate in project walkthroughs with customers and leadership; promote safety and best practices.
