IES seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist to develop, deliver, and maintain training programs for low-voltage systems, ensuring quality in field installations. You will lead site-specific quality plans, perform inspections, and support continuous improvements across projects.

The role requires building curricula, coaching staff, and providing on-site technical support while upholding safety and customer standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of training experience or related role.
• Five years of leadership or quality experience in telecommunications, electrical, or construction.
• BICSI certification preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Develop, deliver, and reinforce instruction focused on installation, material handling, and testing procedures.
• Lead site-specific Quality Plans and Site Startup processes.
• Support First-of-Kind installations, conduct inspections, and obtain customer approval.
• Manage scheduling, tracking, and completion of quality checklists.
• Conduct daily field walks to identify quality issues and verify conformance.
• Produce weekly reports on project health and escalate risks to leadership.
• Participate in project walkthroughs with customers and leadership.
• Maintain standards and improve training processes and materials.
• Ensure a safe, productive learning environment for staff.
