Job summary

IES Holdings seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist to develop and deliver training for low-voltage systems, focusing on craftsmanship and technical proficiency. You will conduct field inspections, reinforce best practices, and partner with operations leadership to drive continuous improvement.

The role supports project teams with on-site technical guidance, documentation, and process improvement across multiple low-voltage scopes, ensuring adherence to specifications and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience leading or training teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of construction quality practices and safety.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and reinforce trade-related instruction and field coaching.
• Lead site startup and quality plans for projects.
• Inspect, document, and report on quality for First-of-Kind installations.
• Schedule, track, and input quality checklists into project platforms.
• Conduct field walks to identify quality issues and ensure conformance.
