IES is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to develop and deliver training for low‑voltage systems, creating curriculum and hands‑on learning paths for field teams. You will conduct field inspections, provide on‑site technical support, and partner with operations leadership to drive continuous improvement across projects.

The role requires developing site‑specific quality plans, coaching staff, and ensuring adherence to customer specifications, with a focus on safety and effective learning

Formación

• Must have at least three years of training experience.
• Five+ years in leadership or quality in telecom/electrical/construction fields preferred.
• BICSI-certified trainer preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
• Must meet company driving standards.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, deliver, and reinforce trade-related instruction for proper installation, handling, and testing procedures.
• Lead development of site-specific Quality Plans and startup processes.
• Support First-of-Kind installations, execute inspections, and obtain customer approval.
• Manage scheduling, tracking, and completion of quality checklists in company platforms.
• Conduct daily field walks to identify quality issues and verify conformance with standards.
• Use weekly reports to communicate project health and escalate risks to leadership.
• Participate in or lead project walkthroughs with customers and leadership.
• Maintain high quality service by enforcing organizational standards.
